Valpolicella Classico DOC is best served with fresh pasta all uovo with duck ragù, rabbit with prune, risotto with Amarone wine, pasta and fasòi (pasta with black-eyed beans stewed with garlic, celery, onion and carrot, tomato and pork skin), hard cheese like Grana Padano and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Tinted, slightly developed, spicy scent with barrel character, elements of cherries, sage, cinnamon, nougat and pomerans.
