Description
Made with 100% Nebbiolo, manually harvested, very low yield, the wine is aged in new French barriques and bigger barrels, tonneaux and then aged in the bottle for an additional 24 months before being released.
Even though this wine is very similar to the Valtellina Supeiore Inferno in the wine making process, still the result is very different. We often hear or read of the wine “terroir”and by tasting these two wines we can really appreciate what the different soil characteristics and microclimate due to the grape and wine.
