Description
This fresh, fruity, youthful red wine made from Gaglioppo grapes will turn every warm summer evening into a party. As the name says “Bel Fresco” in Italian “nice and fresh”, this red wine is an alternative to white or rose wine in summer.
Cryo-maceration (cold maceration at 5 ° C for approx. 15 hours) and carbonic acid fermentation (the conversion of the sugar into alcohol does not take place by the yeast as usual, but starts a special metabolic process of the own enzymes in the berry) lighter (12.5% vol.) accessible, very fragrant and lively wine.
